DESCRIPTION:\n\n \n\nSiblings in Christ in the Prairie Association\, Illinois Conference UCC:\n\nGreetings from the members of the Executive Council. We had hoped to meet you face-to-face on Zoom this Saturday\, but are writing instead to inform you that the Annual Spring Meeting of the Association scheduled for this Saturday\, 5/7/2022 has been canceled.\n\nWe had hoped to welcome you to a morning of worship and celebration of the Association's and Conference’s ministries; and to a workshop with Jason Moore\, author of “Both/And: maximizing hybrid worship experienced for in-person and online engagement”. Because of the technical needs of the workshop\, our plans need to be adjusted. We will be rescheduling with Jason in the very near future\, and will invite the Prairie Association and our sibling churches across Illinois to join in that experience.\n\nFor those who are familiar with our Spring “business” meeting\, we would traditionally be voting on the officers and members for the various committees and conference representation from our Association. This year represents a large change in these roles\, with many of our members completing term limits. We want to assure you that the nominating process is being done\, and ask for your patience and presence with these ministries. The Board is working to complete our representation and present the  slate at the Fall Meeting for the delegates’ approval.\n\nIf you have any questions or concerns that arrive from the cancellation of this meeting\, please know that the Executive Council is eager to hear and respond to them.
