DESCRIPTION:\n\nPrairie Association Pastors and Members\,\n\nIn accordance with the Organizational Covenant of the Prairie Association\, this notice is to inform you of the upcoming Fall Association Meeting scheduled for Saturday\, October 1\, 2022 from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm in the DuPree Center at Pilgrim Park Camp and Conference Center. The theme for our meeting is “One in the Spirit: Reconnecting our Congregations throughout the Prairie Association."\n\nThe Fall Meeting is our business meeting\, affirming the following items:\n\n\tIllinois Conference UCC and Prairie Association Leadership Reports\n\tPresentation on the state of Conference Financial Review\n\tElection of Association Officers\, Representatives to Conference Leadership\, and General Synod Delegates\n\tIntentional conversations on being “One in the Spirit” across the Association\, between our Local Churches\, and within our Church Leadership\n\nIn order to complete the business portion it is imperative to have a quorum to complete the vote. As stated in the Organizational Covenant\, “Voting membership of any Meeting of this Association will consist of the members of the Executive Council\, all ordained\, licensed and commissioned ministers holding standing in the Prairie Association\, all volunteer staff as appointed by the Executive Council\, and two adult delegates and one youth delegate from each church.” A quorum requires 50 voting members present. \n\nRegistration is $34 per person and includes the cost of lunch (please specify your dietary needs during registration).\n\nClick here to register online through Realm. You may register more than one person at a time by clicking the "Add Another Guest" button.\n\nThe deadline to register is September 16.\n\nYou can pay online by credit/debit card or ACH payment\, or pay by check at the door.\n\n\tTo pay online when registering (preferred)\, select the "Pay Now" option at check out then click "REGISTER". A new window will pop-up for you to fill out your payment information. When done\, click "Register & Pay."\n\tTo pay by check\, select the "Pay in Person" option at check out then click "REGISTER" to complete your registration. Make your check payable to "Illinois Conference UCC" and include "PA Fall Meeting" in the memo line.
