Fox Valley Association announces the Ecclesiastical Council for Elisabeth Patz on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s UCC, 40W720 Plank Road, Elgin IL 60124 (just west of Switzer Rd).
